The best eyeliner I have ever used and I am queen of the cat eye and also an Amy Winehouse Tribute! I much prefer a brush over a pen any day and this is just awesome and being a vegan, this brand is close to my heart.

I'd rate this zero stars if I could. I wouldn't even recommend this product to my worst enemy. After I put the product on, it ran into my eyes. It was horrible! I was finally able to clean it up after 10 minutes but after washing it off my eyes had these horrible blue stains where the product was...
