My mom's homemade clam chowder only has a pinch of salt, a sprinkle of black pepper and parsley. Last night, I was looking in her spice cabinet and found McCormicks Curry Powder. I added a couple of shakes to my bowl and WOW. My brother in-laws followed and they love it too.

I made curried tuna fish and it came out just right for me. I don't like hot Curry and this is mild. I even added a little more than the 1/2 tsp the recipe called for and it was not too hot. I love Curry and I love Curry tuna fish.
