I bought this at the end of November and it has already died. In my experience this is an extremely short life span of a curling iron. It looks so nice and does work well, except wasn't really a fan of the dial. Pretty disappointing.

Hair gets caught in the little screws on either side. You'll burn your fingers and God knows what else since impossible to securely grab the tip of the iron to help with curling. So disappointing since Conair's curling irons used to be decent.

I love the big curl it gives me but I keep burning my left hand when I look to hold it at the end to hold it you could only hold it on one end you need two when the hair is long sorry but it needs a bigger hold at the top or end:)

Yes, it looks nice BUT….the cord tangles and twists. It's supposed to swivel but barely does and ends up wrapped around the handle. The tip gets very hot and is uncomfortable touch at a mid setting of 15.
