I used to have a Rainbow Rainmaker which wore out. I opted for this unit because it's about half the cost. So far it works fantastic and I have no complaints. I too like that the reservoir is larger so I don't have to refill as often. I would highly recommend this product.

I have a really dry house with high 14ft ceilings in the living room. This gives my entire home a pleasant smell. I thinks its a great buy for that, but not as a humidifier. I didn't think it was loud at all like some of the reviews said, I can hardly hear the thing. Great purchase!
