This is a really tasty bread. It has a bit of a sweet taste but that doesn't mean you should use only for breakfast toast. It is great for sandwiches as well. I find this and most Ener-G's other products quite good. (With the exception of their English Muffins.

I bought this item about a month ago and loved it. The taste was flavorable, not like some of the others I've tried. I would deffiantly purchase it again.

Best gluten free bread I’ve eaten. Long shelf life, doesn’t need to be frozen, moist, toasts nicely. Makes great sandwiches.
