My order was a gift. When I opened it the gift set box was all tore up. I called the number twice to talk to a supervisor and the phone went to voice mail. I left 2 message. Not happy!

The mouth part slides so easily and loosely. Reminds me of a child's toy. Would definitely leak. Not deviate at all. The metal is nice but it means nothing if the mouth part is trash.

i was really excited for this set because my yeti is getting old and wanted to try a starbucks instead. well the second time I cleaned the lid and removed the swivel piece it broke. so now the lid is broken and doesnt work. super disappointed. wish it didnt have that kind of lid.
