I got this for my master bedroom with vaulted ceilings on 2nd story which gets really warm. It works great cools room down quickly. Was easy to setup and connect with provided window attachments.

This item works great for my home office. Keeps it comfortable to work I. This hot summer. A bit loud but worth the cool.

I used this AC for a 500 square feet room and it worked just fine! I'm very happy with it. I did find that the hose was not long enough for me I had to put the AC on a platform to reach the window but other than that I highly recommend this AC.
