Since I picked it up from the store, I try charging it and it won't charge. I really think the refurb items are not recommendable. I haves paid for two years for insurance. I would like my money back or exchange it for a new one. Thank you

In less then a month it stopped charging I never let it die completely and I was only one charging it. Wouldn't let my 6 year old do it themselves. I am returning the item and getting something different..

We have these tablets for our two daughters and bought a refurbished one to replace one with a cracked screen. The refurb never fully charged when it arrived and stopped working after the battery died. I returned it and will be purchasing a brand new one.
