My biggest negatives are- It has a hum that bugs the h<>l out'a me. I can't get the DVD player to start so I have to go find it and manually open it. It locks up on the games (that could be win10). No real instructions= came with win7 & a win 8 disk but they don't say to install 8 before upgradin...

I just wanted to make a note here to say that it doesn't matter whether the computer comes with Windows 8 or Windows 7, both are eligible for the free upgrade to 10. Previous reviewer based his whole review on the fact that it came with 7, stating that made it ineligible. This is false.
