I received this today and it looks brand. The color of the picture is great. I think 55" was the best size for my living room. I have not had a chance to use its smart features, will update later. The speakers seem plenty loud enough as well. Very Happy with this purchase so far.

I was apprehensive about getting a 3 year old refurbished TV, but I wanted a Smart TV and this was the most cost effective alternative. It is perfect! Like new and easy to set up, all the Smart features are flawless ( I seriously have no problem with Netflix taking less than 30 seconds to load)...
