I thought it would only be good for mild weather, buy it survived a couple of heavy pop up thunderstorms as well as a heavy storm overnight. Everything (including myself) stayed dry. I was hoping to not need the rainfly but it did the job! Great purchase!

Awesome concept for a tent and perfect size for 1 or 2 people. Not ideal for backpacking, BUT it is possible if it's only a small trek to a campsite if you can carry some extra weight and are able to tie it correctly to a bag. I usually car camp and for that this tent would be the perfect thing
