kinda heavy empty. charge it ( put a bag of ice in it the night before to cool it) it holds for a long time. 1 bottle of frozen water and a cold case of soda. held 40 degrees for 2 days in a vehicle at 102 degrees inside vehicle. a full bag of ice will last days.
