I'm 74 living in an independent living facility. A new friend from here got me shared one with me. She bought them all the time. I am now started too. These are great. I used to buy a different brand but won't go back to them now.

One of my favorite protein drinks. I often use it as creamer in my coffee because I love vanilla creamer. Using this is much better for me than liquid creamer. :)

I was really surprised at how good they tasted. They kept me full. I did not feel like I missed a meal. I will start to use them regularly for weight loss on my next order. They should have larger case amounts with a per drink discount.

they really help me out in the morning when i don't wanna eat. but being a diabetic i have to have something on my stomach. so i get my protein and it helps to keep my kidneys and a1c in check. if you freeze it it's like a shake
