The Peanut Granola Bar produced by Atkins is a good tasting and filling meal replacement bar. At some places, the price is significantly higher negating the value. However, Wal-Mart offers it at a very reasonable price and I purchase these as a nutrition supplement staple.

While I'm on the keto diet, I've been turning to these bad boys to kick my hunger during the day. They've been very helpful, where I can also feel full for longer, unlike some other keto friendly foods in the market.
