For me, it's not the protein but the craving satisfaction. Muscle Milk helps me maintain my weight by taking the edge off my hunger at bedtime. 1/4 carton, 40-calories, does it for me with irrestible taste to boot. Very low carbs is a bonus.

This stuff is awesome! Delicious and high protien! If you're dieting, working out, or both, this is a definite go to as a snack (because its only 170 calories) or meal replacement (if youre in a hurry or extreme dieting). Leaves you feeling full all morning if used for breakfast and the nutrients...

It is not like a milkshake, it is protein. I drink it down, not sip it. Vanilla is about the best flavor they offer, but always harder to get in store. Had to order online.
