It works to kill lice. I use it and a week later retreat everyone in the house to make sure I kill any newly hatched lice. It's greasy and I use dawn dish soap in everyone's hair after to get it out.

I got this because my son was sweet enough to pass on to me, the headlice he picked up at school. yay. my hair is thick and long so i was dreading the entire process. but this stuff was like magic. got rid of everything, lice, nits all of it.

This was the only treatment that actually worked. I've never dealt with lice before and got some recommendations for kits that were pretty expensive, they didn't work! Tried this one and haven't had an issue since….just get this one and save yourself the headache

this worked and it didn't have that nasty smell. you leave it on for about 15 minutes then wash it out and use the nit comb. much better than that nasty smelly other stuff
