This is really good and helps with milk production. I put it in a Stanley cup and I think it's just a nice flavor added to water.

Not the gteatest flavor, but in my favorite coconut water, juice, limeade or fruity smoothie delicious!! Definitely does the job when power pumping(power hour) to store more milk for baby! i love EVERYTHING by Munchkin Milkmakers! keep it up Mommas!!

I usually drink it before bed and leaking milk by morning. I mix it with orange juice, or cranberry juice. Sometimes a mixture of the three. Feels like I'm drinking a mocktail :)

I didn't see a huge difference in my milk supply, however I did see a difference in my skin, it looked more radiant and rested. Which that's a lot to say in postpartum.

I am the pickiest and will absolutely refuse to drink something if it's gross and I actually enjoy these. I've tried almost all of the other supplements and these are by far the best. Ordered again and again.
