The top tier is Black Ninja Cat's favorite sleeping place and she uses the scratching post thus saving the chairs. I put it next to a front window where she can survey her domain.

Sturdy. Multiple levels. Good color. Multiple scratching posts, (Bed at top fits our medium cat fine...might be a little small for a large cat.)
