I purchased the knee wrap and used it immediately. I heated the gel pac in the microwave. The gel pac held the heat for at least 30 minutes. The velcro wrap made for a snug fit. You can walk around without the wrap slipping. I am delighted with the product.

I was surprised that it was $29.95. Advertised for $19.95 on TV and then read reviews and people were not happy. THIS ONE is well made with a lumbar support if needed. The cool/hot pack is very sturdy and works well. I tried several times and would recommend. Worth extra money. I am happy with it.

Sadly, my shoulder arthritis is so painful, I could not get this on. However, I think it may work wonderfully for some, and would recommend giving it a try. I had high hopes, but must resort to ice pacs and heating pads that I can just lay on my shoulders.
