I've been drinking protein shakes for over 20 years. The Atkins brand DARK CHOCOLATE ROYALE is, by far, the best chocolate shake available. Some of their other flavors, I'm not so much a fan. Their milk chocolate is too sweet and tastes artificial. With this flavor you will not be disappointed
