I would highly recommend these. The taste isn't too bad and I don't break out horribly like with some other vitamins. These ones have treated me well and I'll keep purchasing them.

These have made such a difference in my energy and mood! Why? Probably the methylated B's and finally getting enough D3. They're pretty delicious for vitamins, and so easy to take. I literally went back and bought four more bottles. I'm not running out if I can help it!
