I purchased my first Dremel MM-30 (or one very much like it) about two years ago. It had seen intermittent but heavy use, as it became my first choice cutting tool. When it died last month, I immediately went out and purchased a new one. I will not be without it.

I do building maintenance and the Dremel Multi-Max have save me a bunch of time when I had to replace a section of entry door due to tenants breaking door jam,instead of replacing the whole door jam I can just cut out a 2 foot section and replace just a that much.
