I used this to pluck some Cornish Broilers. It seems to work really well. I think water temperature is important and had the best luck at 160 degrees with two or three dips in the scalding pot. Never plucked a Turkey in such good time! Never used any kind of automated plucker so I might be easily impressed, but this thing work well. Kinda messy but we knew that going into it.
