Wonderful product. I use the almond meal because it is more dense than blanched almond flour. It is a healthy fiber and protein. I make my snacks, pancakes, and even put it in my homemade protein powder. You can't go wrong adding this to your baking supplies

This is my first experience with almond flour in my pantry, now in refrigerator since opened. You get the whole almond ground up with this flour. I mixed it with other flours so did not get to taste the flour by itself but it smells fresh. You get a non-GMO product at a great price from Swansons.

This flour is everything they said it was. Though it includes the brown outer coating of the almond, it still bakes up just fine.
