I love it. I love the beeps when done. Wish my husband could hear it. The toaster works great and vey even. I just wish the cord was on the other end.

I had a smaller version of this toaster when it broke I upgraded to the four slot. My favorite feature is the keep warm option and that's why I continue to buy this model. You can't find it on hardly any other toasters.

This is a good toaster, not great, but good. The extra wide slots aren't really extra wide, they should be a slight bit bigger because bagels are fat. I have to stuff them in there. this is a good toaster so far,has a really strong spring in it.i looked at another one at work and the springs were wimpy like a cheap toaster.at a higher price.whatch out for a toasters with wimpy springs there all the same thing for diffrnt prices.
