If you want a quiet dryer at much less than a Dyson this one's for you. I have tinnitus and believe it came from loud hair dryers. I'm also loosing hearing in both ears and needed one that wasn't like a jet engine. This one is not as quiet as Dyson but for the money, it's close. I do recommend.
