I have purchased several refurbished iPhones from a company that Walmart sells... none have worked properly and most of the time you can't get ahold of the company before the 15 days after receipt ... so I'm stuck .. don't buy refurbished !!

I called both Verizon and Apple to try and get this phone to activate over several days and technical service from both companies, means that the phone has issues and not fully refurbished. asked for a replacement but think I'll just get a refund.
