My baby loved it ! And so do we (Parents). It's easy to handle and fold . It takes a few steps to fold it but it's simple . I love how compact and easy it is to handle . It's comfortable for baby too !

the product was easy to assemble but difficult to fold. There are no reliable tutorials to teach users how to fold smartrike properly. We are considering returning because it is not convenient.

Overall experience was quick shipping and good product, my #1 reason for purchasing was for the swivel seat option that I was under impression the new STR7 model had and found out it didn't after I had purchased. Still keeping it but would love to see that swivel option for when walking outdoors ...
