I ordered a new one. This was not. It has broken corners, scratches on the screen and and puncture marks all over. It looks like it was dropped kicked then chewed up by a large animal. I got it today and will be returning it tomorrow. There was also no instruction manual or literature of any kind.

I ordered this as new and it is not new. It came early so I was excited, but he has had it a day and it keeps automatically zooming in I am so frustrated. Never had this problem at walmart.com and it makes me question if I will use this site again.

This product was easy to setup! My boys got it for Christmas and they love it. It charges really fast and is the perfect size for moving from place to place. It will be great for school work.
