Nothing worked, especially customer service. What a joke! I tried to get info on reactivating my phone and the Israeli customer service rep was impossible to understand and convinced me to go with anybody but T-Mobile.

I have two lines of service through them one of which I've had for over 5 years... They recently switched to prepaid and canceled my old plan. The new plan is more expensive for less data. Since the switch, both lines drop data and the cell tower every few seconds. Do not get family mobile!
