I love the smell and it did really help me! I used to use it in my diffuser necklace but now when I have a baby and I'm constantly holding her I'm not using the necklace. Still like to smell it from my personal inhaler. It does reduce my cravings. Necklace worked better tho

Due to my acid reflux, I am a grazer (eating big meals is harsh on my system) so eating smaller meals throughout the day is better for me, but I tend to overdo it. So this is when I reach for my Munchy Stop, which truly helps me!

Like so many others I promised to shed a few pounds this year before summer. I am happy to report that I have been using this blend along with watching my diet and exercising and so far I am down 9 pounds. Smells good too! Another great product from PT.

So no this isn't a magic pill for weight loss but then again nothing is. What this does do for me is promote a bit of mindfulness about eating. If I reach for the inhaler of munchy stop then I'm also being mindful about what else I'm doing. I may as well have a glass of water while smelling this....

This blend smells fantastic! The aroma definitely helps with willpower, it's like it smells so good you forget about food for a bit. It's great in the moment but I still don't know how effective it will be as a weight management tool for me.
