This balloon package could make an arch. It is very easy to make. I had no prior experience. I didn’t use all the balloon so it’s actually longer. Great buy and great for last minute touches for a special occasion.

Loved the value for the price. Having a pump (we used a manual one) will definitely help but still give yourself about 45 mins to an hour to assemble. We added other colors of balloons to add variety. Would be better with some sort of attachment to help it stay up on a wall. We added ribbon loop...
