Unlike other vegetable-based protein mixes I've tried, this one is not terrible. It may even border on tasty. Be aware that the 20g of protein per scoop is a bit less than most whey-based products. I drink this for breakfast..fast and tasty. Lost weight a bit at first. Not losing anymore, but not gaining. Would like to keep losing. I do add 2% milk..they say not to. Flavor is better to me.

This is a great addition to pancake batter or smoothies. It's a complete protein! Unlike most protein powders, it contains all of the essential amino acids. The flavor when mixed with plain water isn't great, but if you mix it in something else, it's a real asset.

got the vanilla bean and i really like the taste,it is a bit sweet.i'm using a shaker with a wire ball and it mixes smoothly.drink it at night and haven't had any ill effects.
