This coconut oil is one of only a few available that is organic, unrefined, extra virgin, and comes in a glass jar. I've been using Garden of Life coconut oil for 5 years now, and it is always fresh and of high quality. I eat a big spoonful every morning.

I have used several brands of coconut oil/butter ...all organic and expeller pressed BUT Garden of Life is the BEST I have ever used. I use it on toast, etc., to fry with [since it is the oil that can withstandthe highest heat without turning trans] and on dry skin PLUS IT TASTES GREAT!!

I have had expensive organic coconut oil before, but it tastes weird, so I had thought the others would taste bad, but this is so much more fragrance, and tastes so much better than what I had. Also very wonderful value, this shall lasts for a little while yet :)
