It works great but if you are not tall enough the neck does not contact correctly so leave the neck setting off or use a booster ( pillows) in the chair to use that feature. Wonderful!! Love this chair. It definitely massages out all of the kinks in my back. So relaxing. The only thing I have to say is it did not come with instructions of how to unpack it out of the box but it was easy to figure out after a minute
