Came well packaged with no damage. The only thing needing to be put on the device was the handle, a single screw. Mounting required four lag screws with washers that I had to provide. Hose attachment was a snap, and I'm totally satisfied with the product.

I love this holder. It winds the hose evenly on the reel with the help of the guide and is very compact. The thing I wonered about before purchase was how easily it would pull out for use. It pulls out easily and smoothly unlike those where the guide is free floating.

Replaced a plastic hose reel with this. It's nice looking and works extremely well. Hopefully it will last a lot longer than the plastic did in South Louisiana. A template for drilling the holes in the brick would have been nice, as well as mounting screws.
