We put it in dining room we have off the kitchen. This room has a lot of windows and the extra heat is perfect and it looks quite nice. Not too noisy and we really like the light it gives off. Not too bright but a nice supplement. All in all we are quite happy.

We bought this fireplace to go underneath our TV that hangs on the wall and it looks beautiful. We do use the heat element when it is very cold out. Not happy with the stones that just sit on bottom ledge because grand children grab them, other than that great product.
