I make broiled salmon every week. Take out of freezer and thaw about 45 min in cold water. Put on a baking dish in toaster oven with butter and lemon juice. Cook 15 min on one side and 5 min on the other. Make caper sauce with capers and mayo. Great!

.These are incredibly reasonably cheap. We have been eating salmon and other cold-water white fish at least twice a week now. This is a high protein food with little to no fat. It is especially GREAT for the brain. Super high in Vit E and omegas...I encourage you to eat this at least once a week....
