easy to install, but you do need a 12-24V DC power source....that doesn't come with this product. I used it when my old liftmaster opener stopped responding to my transmitters...and the board is no longer available. This was far, far less expensive than replacing the entire door opener.

works fine. Had to uncoil the antenna and fish through the cover. With the antenna uncoiled I get about 30yrd range.

This reasonably priced little electronic device is, easy to setup, program, and pair with a newly installed Homelink system in my vehicle. Also a great addition to my 30 year old garage door opener. Only downside short antenna, unroll and attach to an outside antenna to get the range I needed.

I installed this next to the door on the frame. Used an old AC to DC 12V adapter I had laying around. Uncoiled the antenna wire and let it hang straight down. It works great. Easy installation and it can control 2 doors.
