Cant get to heat higher than 250 delivered lg dent to heavy for me to get back to store so going to make due

It's so pretty but it seems like it could've came with another rack and if you use the water tray, it get too moist and even leaks out of the smoker, even through the temp gauge. The drippings also drop into the trays below and burn to the trays and the bottom of the smoker.
