Used this on fresh shrimp. Coated liberally and then cooked in a cast iron with butter, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice. Perfect! The shrimp was full of flavor but not too spicy.

I love creole seasonings!! So I added this rub to a glaze I made for some salmon. My wife said you better make this again soon. This packs major flavor.

What an awesome rub! So much flavor comes through and you can see the individual herbs that are put into this rub. I've used it with a lot of seafood and everyone in the house is impressed.
