Easy to install. Easy to use. Downloaded the ap and set the timer for it to turn on and off at certain times- also compatible with Alexa- We have central air and use this in the master bdrm to make it a bit cooler- we've actually seen a decrease in our electric bill- We love it-

I am a female senior and after watching on YouTube how to put a window air condition in (by myself) today I removed my old AC and placed my new AC in. I took my time remembering everything I learned on the YouTube how to videos and I am pleased with the results. See picture.. very cold air.

Box arrived in good shape. Packaging is great..except..they hang the top rail over the top of the styrofoam packaging..??! It is completely exposed, protected only by the outer cardboard box. Doesnt take a genius to know that section of the box is probably the most vulnerable spot for taking hits...

Good a/c but don't get it delivered to your home my main brace got bent box was pretty beat up I was lucky I bent it back in shape.
