This collar came as the photo shows. I placed it on my dog. It still looks like the photo. It is very rigid, so it will take days or weeks to relax the folds it had in the package. Otherwise, the collar is strong and will last a long time, if that's what you want. 4 stars are generous.

The Vibrant Life Large Dog Collar, Grey. This collar feels like it's made from a thick stiff silicone material, It has a metal belt buckle closure. I'm not quite sure if it will soften over time with wear. It seems to be well made. I would recommend this Dog Collar.
