      Got the refurbished phone in with a 3-month phone service but stuck the SIMS card in and the phone is locked only to Verizon and Wireless when it said it was unlocked very disappointed and very upset. so I cannot even use the phone

      The phone initially was fine other than the battery cover was cracked, It worked well for 6 months and then stopped charging.

      The first phone I ordered did not power on, now this one has bugs. It freezes up, the screen goes out. I'm so disappointed. I had no problems with my refurbished Galaxy 4 I bought a few years ago from Wal-Mart.
