I'm no expert and this is the first belt sander I have had, but it worked great to sand down the places I patched with water putty (tip: don't let the water putty harden for days before trying to level!). It also is a really good price.

Worked fine right out of the box. The tracking adjustment works well. Adequate power. The dust bag even catches some of the dust. Good bang for the buck.

Great sander. Replaced a 20 year old unit. Nice to have one that runs so well. Great price. Well packaged, arrived "at our door" earlier than was originally estimated. All in all a very positive experience and a good quality product.
