Healthy, low sugar alternative for breakfast bars. It doesn't stick to your teeth as much as some other breakfast bars, and it tastes great despite having very little sugar in it. I got some for my dad as he have elevated blood sugar levels and he loved it too!

The KIND breakfast bar is definitely a healthier alternative compared to the other breakfast bars out there. It is a little on the harder side for my liking and kind of bland but nevertheless somewhat filling and healthy for you as a quick breakfast or snack.
