I use this pan All the time for our Russian slices, its just the perfect size that I only need to make a double batch of the recipe then spread it out over this and it means that even I Get a piece !! (My family just devour the stuff) It even does great when you need to do some roasted veges etc....

Although the lid from my old pan doesn't fit this - it's a great, heavy duty pan for a variety of recipe items.
