Like (almost) every refurbished HP I've purchased, no problems at all. This is a high value computer but cheap in price. My kind of deal. Oh, the almost? The laptop shipped with the wrong power supply. Walmart exchanged it on the spot. My grandchildren are all happy.

I love this laptop...it's very similar to a mobile desktop without all the bulk. It is a little heavy, but I don't mind. The screen is the perfect size and I have a nice full keyboard, with numbers on the right side.
