The item must have been exposed to a humid environment the corners and sides got damaged to the touch. Would not hold A screw .

Its not a tall dresser like I thought it would be and some of the woods came cracked and one of the bolts that is very much needed to hold the dresser piece together was broken so I was disappointed but wood glue made up for the cracks and true value has bolts sold separately
