I use this every morning and couldn't be happier. I would recommend mixing the plain & sweetened together as it is too sweet for me as sold. 1 tablespoon MCT oil and 2/3 cup water for 2 minutes in microwave and then 1 tablespoon butter and you will swear you are eating grits!

Changed from whey breakfast powder to coconut breakfast powder. The most notable change is that coconut sticks together better than whey, easier to clean up. As to taste, I had rather have regular oats, but health wise, I'll take the strange tasting hot breakfast while I'm losing weight…

While on keto I missed having a hot breakfast there were not keto friendly product that I knew of until I found this product and it is so yummy. It is delicious on its own but I added some honey with a dash of cinnamon which I love. I def recommend and will buy again!
